Welcome to LPO Holidays! We request you to read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our website, booking our services, or engaging with our team. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.


1. Company Information

LPO Holidays is a registered travel company in India, offering domestic and international group tours, customized holiday packages, and corporate travel services.


2. Booking and Payment Policy

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the specified deposit/payment.

  • Full payment must be made as per the payment schedule communicated at the time of booking.

  • Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved modes.


3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

  • Cancellation charges will apply as per the cancellation policy shared at the time of booking.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 4 to 6 weeks after deducting applicable charges.

  • No refund will be given for unused services or “no show” situations.


4. Changes and Amendments

  • LPO Holidays reserves the right to change or modify the itinerary, departure dates, or inclusions due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., flight changes, weather conditions, visa issues).

  • In case of significant changes, customers will be informed promptly and offered alternate options.


5. Visa and Documentation

  • Visa processing is handled based on documents provided by the customer. Grant/rejection of visa is solely at the discretion of the consulate/embassy.

  • LPO Holidays is not responsible for any delay or denial of visa and associated losses.


6. Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers. It is optional but advisable to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or baggage loss.


7. Health and Safety

  • Customers must ensure they are medically fit for travel and meet the destination’s vaccination or health entry requirements.

  • LPO Holidays is not responsible for any health-related issues arising during the tour.


8. Responsibilities and Liabilities

  • LPO Holidays acts as a travel organizer and uses third-party vendors (airlines, hotels, transport providers). We are not liable for service quality provided by third parties.

  • We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by natural disasters, political unrest, flight cancellations, or force majeure events.


9. Code of Conduct

  • Travelers are expected to maintain discipline and respect local customs, laws, and fellow passengers.

  • LPO Holidays reserves the right to terminate services to any traveler found engaging in misconduct.


10. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website including text, images, videos, and branding is the intellectual property of LPO Holidays and may not be reproduced without permission.


11. Privacy Policy

  • Customer data is collected only for the purpose of tour booking, service communication, and promotional offers. Your data will not be shared with third parties without consent.

12. Jurisdiction

  • These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

  • All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
